Biography
Me, Myself & I
A little about me…
I was born and raised in Bristol before relocating at an early age to North Hampshire where I’m currently based. Throughout my life I wasn’t particularly active and never had dreams to play sport at a professional level, I never looked up to sporting idols and guess at the time I was more interested in enjoying myself as a youngster. I don’t think it was until I broke up from secondary school in the summer of 2007 that I actually took an interest in my health and fitness.
I’d gained a few pounds from eating one too many treats revising for my G.C.S.E’s so having the summer off after my exams seemed like the perfect time to get fit.
The months passed by and slowly but surely my persistence paid off in time for me to start college. I had planned to meet the girl of my dreams and show her my new abs but sadly I had no such luck.
I left college with 4 A-levels and went straight into full time work. I’d had enough of classrooms and education and felt I needed to get myself into the real world earning some money, after all, my new found love for the gym wasn’t cheap.
I continued to train extremely hard and with my results being noticed I undertook an advanced Personal Training course with The Training Room, where I gained my Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage qualifications. I went on to work in some of the industry’s leading health clubs where I gained invaluable experience working with a wide spectrum on clients.
Everything Happens for a Reason
In January 2015 I suffered with depression and anxiety which ended in me having a severe breakdown in the subsequent months. I pulled out of my first competitive show and took some time away from Personal Training in a bid to help me find my feet. I refused to take medication because in my eyes, that would only mask the problem, I wanted to find the root cause and eradicate it for good.
It was at this point I started to study the human mind, the science behind Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis. I was in a very dark place and had been told of a local hypnotherapist. Phil, now a very close friend of mine took me under his wing and after months of sessions I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I’m a great believer that everything happens for a reason and I truly believe I was meant to endure some of the hardest months of my life, why? Because I’m now able to use everything I’ve learned to help clients who find themselves struggling to refocus and start each new day with a smile.
Being a professional Physique Coach isn’t just about training someone to their physical limits, any coach can do that. In my eyes, it’s about forming a relationship and understanding exactly what my client needs from me in order for them to excel and progress with their transformation, not only physically but more importantly mentally.

A Breath of Fresh Air
A few months passed and it was at this point I was contacted by Mens Health who asked if they could feature my transformation in their magazine. I was a little hesitant at first and to be honest a little overwhelmed, but what better opportunity to get myself back into the gym and working towards a physique that would feature in the one of the biggest selling magazines.
The shoot gave me the confidence to join a London based modelling agency Ripped Models, who I still work with on a regular basis.
With my physique changing week by week I was chosen from thousands of applicants to be in the final 14 of a major website model search. My transformation was featured on BBC3 in 2015 where I was interviewed by Reggie Yates about my journey, my coaching and my plans for the future.

Becoming a Champion
My business went from strength to strength and I soon found myself with an abundance of clients, working every hour under the sun to help as many of them as possible. The money was a big factor for me because it enabled me to build my own studio gym and work freelance from my very own Headquarters. For me, this was the first step to something bigger. It’s here I’ve spent years mastering and perfecting my craft and gaining thousands of hours worth of experience within the field of Physique Coaching.
With my reputation building I made the move to online coaching which enabled me to help those who were too far away to train with me in person.
I competed with the UKBFF in my first show where I took first place in the Under-80kg bodybuilding category and received an invite to the British Finals where I placed within the top 10. At present, I’m reflecting on my journey and working towards a strong off-season where I’m looking to gain a further 30lbs of muscle in order to turn heads at my next competition. With the competitive season over for a few months I’m fully focused on helping my clients to achieve their own dreams. I’m excited to see what opportunities await me next.
